What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the data you enter:

• name and email address (required)
• phone number and company name (optional)
• the subject and content of your message

Why we process your data

We use the data from the contact form to reply to your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your inquiry concerns a possible cooperation, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to you. We do not use your data for marketing and we do not make automated decisions or create profiles.

Who receives your data

We share data only with service providers that help us run this website, acting on our instructions:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) – delivers messages from the contact form to our mailbox
• our hosting provider – stores the website and technical server logs (such as IP address, time of request and browser type) needed to keep the service secure

Your data is processed within the European Economic Area.

How long we keep your data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a contract or we need it to establish or defend legal claims.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to info@synapticml.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and fonts are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with third parties.
